Structure
The tail plate is composed of: bearing platform, transmission mechanism (including lifting cylinder, closing cylinder, booster cylinder, square steel bearing, lifting arm, etc.), bumper, pipeline system, electric control system (including fixed electric control box and wire controller), oil source (including motor, oil pump, various hydraulic control valves, oil tank, etc.).
Unique features
Due to the bearing platform is a wedge structure, after the horizontal landing, there needs to be a bow action, so that the plate tip landing, in order to facilitate the manual forklift and other hand push (pull) equipment on and off the bearing platform.
At present, there are four kinds of low (lift) head ways commonly used in the tail plate, and the tail plate structure produced by different manufacturers is different.
Transmission mode
The equipment uses the car battery as power source, dc motor transmission to transfer load transmission mode, by dc motor drive high pressure oil pump, and then the solenoid valve to control the movement of the hydraulic cylinder, to drive the movement of the four-link mechanism, so that the bearing platform to complete the rise, fall and open, close and other actions.
Safety Mechanism
Because the tail plate is installed in the rear of the vehicle and follow the vehicle to move equipment, in order to ensure driving safety and protection equipment, there must be a warning device and safety device, the tail plate is not only installed on the back of the bearing platform safety flags, reflective warning plate, anti-skid safety chain.
When the carrying platform is in a horizontal position, it is only a line in a place 50m away, which is extremely difficult to find. When the vehicle behind is driving at 80km per hour, accidents are easy to occur. After the safety flags are installed, the flags sag to the carrying platform in a right Angle state by their own gravity. Two safety flags can be seen from a distant place to warn people and play a great role in preventing vehicle rear-end collision accidents later.
The function of reflective warning board is that the reflective board installed on both sides of the carrying platform has reflective function, especially in the night driving, through the lamp irradiation, will be found in the far front, not only to protect the equipment, but also to prevent the occurrence of vehicle rear-end collision accident has played a certain role.
In the process of vehicle driving, there may be cylinder leakage or tubing burst and other reasons, resulting in the loading platform sliding accidents. There are anti-skid safety chains that prevent this from happening.
